Dry rosé wine – PGI of Macedonia

Founti Rosé wine is produced from grapes of the fine red variety Xinomavro. The raw material comes from selected vineyards of the Macedonian land and the vinification takes place at our winery in Strandza. The maceration is followed by a 20-hour extraction. Then the must is separated from the marc and fermented at a temperature of 14 to 16° C. Bottling takes place after maturation in stainless steel tanks for 3 to 4 months. Bright rose color. Aromas of red fruits and flowers. In the mouth the explosion of aromas continues in combination with the coolness of balanced acidity.

Accompany: Summer vegetable dishes. Fruit cakes as well as sweet pies. It can also be drunk as an aperitif. Serving temperature 6-8°C.
