Aged Wines

Xinomavro is a grape variety that, when properly vinified, can produce wines with long-term aging potential. Thus, from each vintage, we keep a small number of bottles that will age in the Estate's cellar for ten or more years. They will be released to the market where the consumer will have the opportunity to enjoy a special wine and see how its character evolves over the years.
