Dry Red Wine – PDO Naoussa

This wine is produced from selected vineyards located in the Strantza area in the heart of the Naoussa wine-growing zone. Classic red vinification in stainless steel tanks and fermentation temperature of 25 to 30°C. Staying with the marc for about 15 days depending on the year. The taste balance and roundness of the tannins are achieved by aging for 12 months in French oak barrels and at least 36 months in the bottle. Intense deep red color. Aromas of small red fruits with touches of cocoa and coffee. Mouth full of well-structured tannins, rich body and good aftertaste. A typical "vin de garde".

Accompany: Grilled meats as well as meats with spicy sauce. Perfectly accompanies traditional Naoussa pies. Serve at room temperature (18°C).
