Dry white wine – PGI Imathia

Two different vinifications in one bottle. Red grapes of the Xinomavro variety, following the blanc de noir vinification method, which adds acidity and body, combined with the white aromatic variety Malvasia Aromatica. The result is this white wine with a light yellow color. The nose is dominated by aromas of flowers and ripe fruit. In the mouth, its high acidity balances perfectly with its rich body. Its aromatic complexity continues with its long-lasting aromatic aftertaste.

Accompany: seafood, grilled fish, white cheeses and Chinese cuisine.
